Key qualifications

Lars Bregnbæk is experienced in modelling and analysis of a broad range of issues in the energy sector (i.e. power systems scenarios, congestion management, wind power market integration, emissions trading, district heating and CHP, electricity and natural gas integration, energy policy modelling analysis).

His modelling experience includes model development using a broad range of modelling principles i.e. optimisation models, partial and general equilibrium models, simulation models, market power/cartelisation models.

Lars is a competent project manager and organiser, with work experience as a private and independent consultant, researcher and energy and modelling analyst/consultant.
