Key qualifications

As a consultant with Ea Energy Analyses, Helena is working on international projects focused on power market regulation and energy system modelling. Prior to joining Ea, she worked as Assistant Team Leader at the EU-China Energy Cooperation Platform (ECECP). Helena holds a PhD in Management (Energy Policy) from the Beijing Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in International Economics & Governance from the University of Bayreuth. Helena has a strong background in both EU and China related energy sector issues, as well as a background in energy system modelling.
