STREAM website
The website for the STREAM modelling tool is developed by Ea Energy Analyses and Risø DTU: www.streammodel.org.
Originally, the STREAM modelling tool was developed in connection with the Danish Board of Technology’s project “The Future Danish Energy System”. The development of the model was financed by several parties including the Rockwool Foundation and the Fabrikant Mads Clausens Foundation, Danfoss, and it was financed on the condition that the model would be publicly available and that it would be available to universities.
Since then, the model has been used for a number of other scenario analyses in Denmark and abroad. Furthermore, the model has been part of the teaching at Denmark’s Technical University and Roskilde University and it is also used by for instance Danish Energy Association and Energinet.dk.
It is possible to download the latest version of the model on the website which will be continually developed.
