Analysis of the market for bioenergy – locally and internationally Ea Energy Analyses has carried out an analysis of the markets for selected biomass resources and evaluating the consequences of the market development for utilisation on a local level in the municipalities of Randers, Norddjurs and Syddjurs. The selected resources include slurry for biogas, straw, wood pellets and wood chips.
The analysis is carried out for CBMI - Innovation Centre for Bioenergy and Environmental Technology and is a part of the international project Enercoast, which aims at developing a market for biomass in the North Sea region in cooperation with partners from Germany, United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden. CBMI is head of the Danish portion of the Enercoast project.
